KZG Performance Center is extremely pleased to present Dr. Sapire for a seminar on Golf Performance Psychology.
Dr. Sapire was a golfer well before he became a Psychologist, having likely been the youngest winner of a Provincial Amateur Championship in his native South Africa, and having represented that country as a Junior. His approach to Golf Psychology, bred of personal experience, is very hands on. Possibly the only person to have taught a semester length course on Golf Psychology, Dr. Sapire is writing a multi-volume Encyclopedia of Golf Psychology covering a wide vision that is unique to golf.

In his presentation, Dr. Sapire will provide a psychological take on golf and physiology in EZ-to-understand language, and explain how Structured Golf Psychology provides a way out of negativity and over-thinking. Time permitting, he will discuss the psychology of course management, the more advanced overlay of shot management, a simple approach to relapse prevention, and strategies for stress inoculation.
